Julie’s Best Parve Caesar Salad Dressing PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh parsley,* chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chives,* chopped
9 tablespoons mayonnaise (approx. 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
8 ounces extra virgin olive oil

Optional Additions: Garlic flavored croutons, salmon

Directions:

Place first seven ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine.

Add olive oil and turn on processor briefly to mix. If too thick, add one teaspoon of water and mix again.

Serve over simple lettuce salad. If using, add croutons and/or salmon

*If fresh herbs are unavailable, use dry herbs.
